LUGARIS - The home concept

It is a family-owned company devoted to providing accommodation in tourist apartments in the city of Barcelona. Elegantly decorated with top quality fittings, the Lugaris apartments are an example of excellence in service and are a world apart in terms of our work team’s professionalism and the wide range of complementary services we offer. Our mission is to make visitors feel at home every time they rent our apartments, and to pleasantly surprise them with the comfort of our Mediterranean hospitality, optimum use of resources and strict quality controls.

The Lugaris apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 1 to 6 people. The apartments are furnished and fully equipped with top quality fittings, and have a functional design including everything necessary to stay, live and always want to return.

The Lugaris apartments have a lift, an entry phone, DTT antenna, cleaning service once per week, bed linen and towels. Tastefully furnished, they all have kitchen utensils, household appliances (washing machine / dryer, Nespresso machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, dryer), hot/cold air conditioning, LCD TV, WiFi connection and security service with Securitas.

All our apartments have a FREE internet connection.

For us it is essential to see to our guests’ every need, which is why we will do everything in our power to make every guest’s desire a reality.

You may book via our website www.lugaris.com, on telephone number (+34) 932 219 159 or directly in our offices. In order to book an apartment, first check its availability on our website. Should the apartment be available, you can make the booking directly on the online service. To confirm your booking you must make a prepayment of 20% of the total amount. After receiving the confirmation of prepayment, you will be automatically sent a confirmation of the booking together with the necessary information regarding how to get to the apartment. You must provide your approximate time of arrival at the apartment to make check-in easier.

Check-in to the apartment is from 4pm. Check-ins after 8pm will be subject to a surcharge of €30 and check-ins after 12am at night up to 8am in the morning will be subject to a surcharge of €80. Check-ins will be made at the offices located at Calle Fernando Poo no. 29 and Vidal y Valenciano street nº14.

IMPORTANT: Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 1am at night.

The maximum time for check-out is 11am. On exiting the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our Central Offices, located at Calle Fernando Poo no. 29. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the initial deposit will not be returned.
Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of €30.

They are located on Calle Fernando Poo no. 29 and Vidal y Valenciano street nº14. Our customer service hours are from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm.

• Should you cancel 6 or more weeks prior to check-in date, you will be returned the amount paid in full, only deducting the amount of €20 for administration costs.

• Should you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to check-in date: no pre-payment amount will be returned.

• Should you cancel less than 15 days prior to check-in date, no pre-payment amount will be returned and the pending amount will be charged.

All our prices include VAT.

The minimum number of nights you can book is three.

It is forbidden to keep animals at Lugaris apartments.

The deposit is a specific amount that varies depending on the number of nights of accommodation. Its aim is to protect a certain amount of money in the event of damages to the property by the client or failure to pay for any of the complementary services offered by Lugaris. Payment of the deposit will be made with a credit card, blocking 200€ (please ask for deposit amount for longer than 4 weeks reservations).

Provided the apartment is in perfect conditions at check-out, the deposit amount will be unblocked. The deactivation of the blocking can be confirmed via email in the next 48 hours.
