CHECK IN
Check-in to the apartment is from 4pm. Check-ins after 8pm will be subject to a surcharge of €30 and check-ins after 12am at night up to 8am in the morning will be subject to a surcharge of €80. Check-ins will be made at the offices located at Calle Fernando Poo no. 29 or Vidal i de Valenciano 14
IMPORTANT: Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 1am at night.
CHECK OUT
The maximum time for check-out is 11am. On exiting the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our Central Offices, located at Calle Fernando Poo no. 29 or Vidal i de Valenciano 14. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the initial deposit will not be returned.
Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of €30.
CHANGES
Changes to bookings (date, number of persons or apartment) may be carried out up to 30 days prior to the arrival of the client, but are subject to acceptance by Lugaris and involve a surcharge of €20 for processing fees. In case of force majeure or in light of unforeseen circumstances (such as mandatory alterations to the apartment, flooding, etc.) Lugaris will offer the client an apartment of similar characteristics to that booked. Should Lugaris not have an apartment to offer the client, the latter may cancel their booking, and any payments made up to that point will be reimbursed, except for the days and the cleaning services used by the client.
BEHAVIOUR IN THE APARTMENT
The person signing the lease contract will be responsible for the appropriate behaviour of anyone staying with them. Should this person or the persons staying with them not behave responsibly and appropriately, Lugaris may request the client and their companions to leave the apartment with no right to any compensation whatsoever. Should the occupants fail to comply with the obligations mentioned above, Lugaris may, at their own discretion, ask the client to abandon the apartment, without the client being entitled to any compensation.
With the cooperation of the local police and the security service, watch will be kept to ensure that good relations with neighbours are maintained and that the following rules are not broken:
*Any vandalism, such as throwing things from balconies and windows.
*Hanging clothing from the apartment balconies.
*Starting at 11 p.m., any noise that could bother neighbours is prohibited, such as music, TV, parties and meetings that could disturb neighbours’ rest.
SECURITY
Clients must ensure that the entrance door to the building is properly closed.
Clients must ensure that they have properly closed all doors and windows of the apartment each time they leave the apartment.
ELECTRICITY
Every time clients exit their apartment, they must withdraw the plastic card / key that provides electricity to the apartment. Clients who do not respect this rule will incur in a penalty.
LIABILITY
Lugaris is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that may occur as a result of the client’s incorrect use of something, including, but not limited to, losses due to fire, theft or other kinds of damages.
It is forbidden to use the apartment for uses other than living quarters.
Any damage caused in the apartment must be immediately reported to Lugaris. The client will be responsible for this damage and will be charged for the corresponding amount on the credit card provided.
Lugaris reserves the right to demand that anyone who does not comply with the established rules and does not behave in a civil manner immediately abandons the apartment without prejudice to any possible rights acquired previously by Lugaris.
