3 THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR ONLINE CHECK-IN

WHO

If you have a confirmed reservation at Lugaris Beach and/or Lugaris Rambla, you can check in online using your 5-digit confirmation code. You can find this in your confirmation email.

WHEN

You can check in up to 5 days prior to your arrival date. If you make a reservation less than 5 days before your arrival, you will need to wait 24 hours before you can start the check-in process. We suggest checking in 3-5 days in advance in case you need to make any changes.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE

If you have already completed the online registration, we will only need to verify your identity at the reception when you arrive. Here we will give you the keys and accompany you to your apartment. If you arrive before the official check-in time (3 pm), you can leave your luggage in our luggage and go out to explore the city. The reception hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and on weekends and holidays from 11 am to 7 pm.

Where can I find my booking number?

You can find your booking number in the confirmation email sent to you from info@lugaris.com. If you can’t find it, please contact us at info@lugaris.com.

What happens if I arrive early at the apartment?

You can leave your luggage in our storage and begin exploring the city right away. Check-in hours: 3 pm to 7 pm (check-ins between 7 pm and 9 pm will incur a fee of 30€, and from 9 pm onwards, a fee of 50€).

What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3 pm.

You will need to complete the check-in process for each apartment you have booked.
